Cancellation Policy

Confidence Walk & Motion Photoshoot Policy Thank you for your interest in a Confidence Walk & Motion Photoshoot! This unique 40-minute session is designed to capture your natural confidence and dynamic movement. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following scheduling and session policies. 1. Booking & Scheduling Session Length: Each session is 40 minutes. How to Book: Sessions can be booked by contacting us directly via email at [Your Email Address] or through our online booking portal at [Your Website Link]. Availability: Sessions are available on [List Days of the Week, e.g., Saturdays and Sundays] between [Start Time, e.g., 9:00 AM] and [End Time, e.g., 5:00 PM]. Advance Booking: We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time. A non-refundable retainer fee is required to confirm your booking. 2. Payment & Fees Session Fee: The total fee for the 40-minute session is [Your Price, e.g., $250]. Retainer: A non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total session fee is due at the time of booking to reserve your date and time. This retainer will be applied to your final balance. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your scheduled session. An invoice will be sent to your email. Failure to pay the balance on time will result in the cancellation of your session, and the retainer will be forfeited. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations We understand that life happens. Please review our rescheduling and cancellation policy carefully. Client Rescheduling: More than 72 hours notice: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 72 hours before your session. Your retainer can be transferred to a new date within 60 days of the original session date, subject to availability. Only one reschedule is permitted. Less than 72 hours notice: Rescheduling with less than 72 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your retainer. A new retainer will be required to book a new session. Client Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your session at any time after booking, the retainer is non-refundable. If you cancel after the full payment has been made, the entire amount is non-refundable. Photographer Rescheduling: In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule due to illness, emergency, or inclement weather, we will notify you as soon as possible.
